Refund Policy

At Digital Estate, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, including Website Development, App Development, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Branding, CRM Setup, Web Apps, and Software Solutions.
Because these services require time, expertise, and resource allocation, we have a clear refund policy to maintain fairness and transparency.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Digital Estate are non-refundable once work has begun.

This applies to all project types including:

  • Websites

  • Mobile apps

  • Web apps

  • Software development

  • Social media management

  • SEO

  • CRM setup (GHL & others)

  • Graphic design

  • Digital advertising

  • Consultancy

Digital services involve significant planning, resource allocation, and team engagement — therefore refunds cannot be issued after the project has commenced.

2. Eligibility for Refund (Before Work Starts)

A client may request a refund ONLY if no work has started on the project.

You may qualify for a refund if:

  • The project has not entered the planning or design stage

  • No team members have been assigned

  • No time, setup, or resources have been spent

If work has begun in any capacity, a refund will not be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

3.1 Change of Mind

If the client changes their mind after work has begun, no refund will be issued.

3.2 Project Inactivity

If the project stalls due to the client’s delays, including:

  • Lack of approvals

  • Missing content or feedback

  • Failure to provide access

  • Extended unresponsiveness (7–14 days)

Refunds will not be provided.

3.3 Monthly Retainer Services

No refunds for:

  • Social Media Management

  • SEO

  • Paid Ads Management

  • CRM automation retainer

  • Support & maintenance plans

Because planning, scheduling, and resource allocation start immediately at the beginning of each service cycle.

3.4 Custom Development

No refunds for:

  • Website development

  • Mobile app development

  • Software or modules

  • Web apps

  • Integrations

  • API setups

As all development is customized to your business.

3.5 Partially Completed Work

If any portion of the work (even 10%) has been completed, the project becomes non-refundable.

3.6 Third-Party Costs

All third-party expenses are non-refundable, including:

  • Domains

  • Hosting

  • Plugins & themes

  • API services

  • CRM subscriptions

  • Paid ads budgets

  • Stock assets

These are controlled by third parties, not Digital Estate.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of the project at any time, but:

  • Completed work remains billable

  • No refunds are issued for payments already made

  • Outstanding invoices must be cleared before cancellation

Digital Estate may also cancel a project if the client:

  • Uses abusive behavior

  • Fails to pay

  • Requests illegal/unethical content

No refunds will be given in such cases.

5. Quality Assurance

Even though refunds are limited, we ensure:

  • Proper revision rounds (as per package)

  • Clear communication

  • Professional delivery

  • Transparency in timelines

If you’re dissatisfied, we will work within reason to resolve issues.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises:

  • Both parties will attempt to resolve it through communication

  • If unresolved, the case may proceed to arbitration or relevant legal jurisdiction

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed dishonestly may result in legal action
